A helpful tip for finding your way around Paris

I was walking to dinner the other night with my friends J and F.  At one point we passed one of the new neighborhood maps of Paris which the city put up recently. F, the handsome policeman, who is a very practical guy, pointed out a cool feature of this new map of Paris sign. There is a small arrow on the bottom edge of the frame that allows the user to raise and lower the map to the best viewing angle.
